What happens if there isn’t anyone at the delivery address when delivery is attempted?
If there is no-one present at the address then a driver may:
1) Attempt delivery to a neighbour.
2) Deliver to a service point such a local shop (service dependent).
3) Leave the goods in an outside location on the property deemed safe by the driver (service dependent)
4) Return the item to the delivery depot.
In any case, the driver will endeavor to leave a calling card at the original address to notify the recipient of what action was taken. If for any reason a contact card isn’t left, please get in touch with our customer service team.
