My parcel / pallet has not been collected.
Collections can be made at any time of day, usually between 09:00 and 17:30. Our agents are regrettably unable to provide estimated times of arrival for a collection.
On occasion collections do fail. There are a multitude of reasons why this might happen. For example it may be due to; a driver running behind schedule, bad traffic, road works, severe weather, an emergency situation, a driver being taken ill or simply a work overload meaning that a collection driver cannot meet every collection request on a particular day.
Whilst subject to request, collections are for the most part highly successful. If your collection has failed, please accept our apologies. It is important that you contact us as soon as possible so that one of our agents can investigate and reschedule for you.
