I Can't Print My Label
During business hours (09:00 - 17:30), most labels are generated automatically and will be available to print immediately after you check out.
On occasion after checking out, you may find that your label is still "generating". This is usually for one of three reasons:
1) An error in the address information has been identified.
2) Too much text has been input into one of the address lines.
3) The service selected does not support automatic label generation (e.g. TNT Import and UK Pallet Services).
During office hours our agents will work fast to correct any errors. However, if you're waiting for more than ten minutes for your label to generate, please contact us. To avoid loss of tracking and unexpected surcharges, it is imperative that you only use the labels provided by ParcelBroker.
