What if I cannot wait in all day for my collection?
Most of our services have a standard collection window of any time between 09:00 - 17:30 unless otherwise stated. If you aren’t available during this window please get in touch with us to make alternative arrangements as soon as you can. Some carriers such as UPS, DX and Parcelforce charge per collection attempt. For this reason it is important that your collection request is cancelled the day before collection is scheduled if it is no longer required.
If safe to do so (and at your own risk) you may leave your parcels with a neighbour, or in a secure outside location for collection. If you would like to do this you MUST leave a signed and dated note on your door with clear instructions for the driver. Please be advised that drivers are not obligated to collect parcels from alternative locations or persons but most won’t mind!
