Help! I can't sign in to my account.
If you cannot sign into your ParcelBroker account, please try the troubleshooting steps below. If you have not used our services before, please sign up before trying to sign in.
1) Double check that the email address you are using is correct and the one associated with your ParcelBroker account.
For security reasons, our website will not tell you whether it is your email, password or both that has been entered incorrectly.
2) Double check you're entering the correct password. Remember that passwords are case sensitive so be aware of CAPITAL letters. Is CAPS lock switched on?

3) If you’re sure that you are using the right details, you’ll need to reset your password.
If the above steps do not resolve the issue, you'll need to reset your password. You can reset your password by either following the "Forgot Password" link on the sign in page to receive a password reset link by email or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org directly from the email address that you are signed up with.
Important: Password reset requests will not be accepted from any email address other than the one associated with your ParcelBroker account. Our agents cannot reset your password for you by phone or if you send us a message via the contact page.
