I can't track my parcel.
It is important to remember that you will not be able to track your shipment until it has been collected. Our tracking tool can only advise the last recorded location of your parcel, it unfortunately cannot tell you where your collection driver is.
Once your parcel(s) has been collected, it may take an hour or two for your tracking information to update on most services. This is quite normal.
If you cannot track your parcel on the day following collection, please:
- Double check with the person overseeing the collection that it took place successfully.
- Double check that the label provided by ParcelBroker was used.
If collection took place as requested or if you suspect that a different label was used, please contact us as soon as possible so that one of our agents can investigate further for you.
